Sears began working with Ana in July 2011, following a highly successful spell at the Lawn Tennis Association in his native Britain, where he held the role of Head of Women’s Tennis.
A former player himself, Sears worked alongside Daniela Hantuchova and Amanda Coetzer while both were ranked inside the top 10.
In his spare time Sears enjoys playing golf and the drums. A veteran of some 50 triathlons, he lives in the south of England with his wife and two children.
