Ana and Novak Djokovic dropped just three games between them in their singles rubbers as Serbia crushed Germany to reach the final of the Hyundai Hopman Cup in Perth.
World No.1 Djokovic beat German veteran Tommy Haas 6-2, 6-0 thanks to a magnificent performance, which Ana all but matched by sweeping aside Tatjana Malek 6-1, 6-0 in only 37 minutes.
Ana was utterly dominant, winning 49 points to her opponent's 15. She didn't face a single break point all match, and hit 16 winners and only 11 unforced errors.
"I'm really pleased with today's performance," said Ana. "I played really well.
"We've been dreaming of this moment for so long so we're both looking forward to tomorrow", added Ana, who was forced to withdraw from the 2011 Hopman Cup final because of injury.
"This is very special. You cannot compare it to anything else. To play singles, watch the men's matches, and then play mixed doubles. I love it."
Ana and Novak then defeated Malek and Australian 16-year-old Thanasi Kokkinakis in a very light-hearted mixed doubles rubber.
They will face Spain in Saturday's final: Djokovic will clash with world No.24 Fernando Verdasco, while Ana will take on Anabel Medina Garrigues.
